The personal information that Black River collects is not shared with any third party, and absolutely nothing is used for commercial purposes without members consent.

I hereby authorize Black River to use my contact information regarding promotions, important product information, and other miscellaneous information such as new store openings and events.

Please carefully read over our Member Admission and Code of Conduct form. Violation of this code of conduct will result in a temporary or permanent suspension of services.

BE POLITE & PATIENT. We are doing our best to provide a service to our clients. Please treat the staff and other members of Black River with patience, politeness and respect. Sometimes we get busy or make a mistake. If we feel your email is rude or impolite. It will be politely disregarded. Thanks

BE RESPONSIBLE. Please use your medicine in a respectful and responsible way. Please do not smoke cannabis on the street or in public places. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery if you consumed cannabis in any form. Do not travel across the border with your cannabis products. There are absolutely no minors allowed on our premises, and anyone suspected to be supplying cannabis products to minors WILL be permanently banned from receiving services.

KEEP US INFORMED. Please let us know about any quality issues you have with our products. Good or bad, please let us know what works for you and what doesn’t work. If there is a mode by which you have found taking cannabis is especially effective for your condition, let us know so that we can inform our other clients.

NO RESELLING. We provide medical cannabis for you only. Any reselling or sharing of our medicine is strictly forbidden. If you are caught re-selling any products purchased from Black River you WILL be permanently banned from receiving services. And depending on the circumstances (e.g. selling products to minors), the police will be informed.

SHIPPING POLICY.*Once your order leaves our facilities and is dropped off at a post office, it is completely out of our hands. Please refer to Canada Post’s Delivery Standards for more details on a more accurate expected delivery time frame (click here for more information).

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges at this time. However, during certain circumstances, we do offer a discount code for a future order.

OUT OF STOCK REPLACEMENT. If you order an item which becomes out of stock we hold the right to replace the out of stock item with an item of equal or greater value. We do this to ensure our patients receive their medicine promptly and on time according to our shipping polices.

MISSING ITEM POLICY. If you do not receive your complete order, please contact us and we will do our best to make everything right and keep you satisfied. We do make mistakes here from time to time, however we do go out of our way to make things right.

I affirm that I have a medical condition that adversely affects my quality of life. I have found, or am interested in determining whether, cannabis (i.e., medical cannabis) provides substantial relief and improvement of my condition. I am seeking a recommendation for my own, personal, medical use.

I understand that the benefits and risks associated with the use of marijuana are not fully understood and that the use of marijuana may involve risks that have not been identified. I further affirm that I will inform Black River of any mental health, or addiction and withdrawal issues that may be exacerbated by marijuana.

I am aware that it is illegal to purchase Duty-Free recreational Cannabis. I hereby designate Black River to act as my agent to procure medical cannabis on my behalf for my own medical use.

I understand that if I choose to be a member of the Black River Family, that information relating to my purchases will be collected and used for inventory purposes (e.g. allocating products to stores), and making recommendations (e.g. suggesting similar strains when we are out of favourites). This information will not be shared with any third parties.

By registering with Black River, I accept the code of conduct set forth and agree to abide by it. I also accept that Black River makes no guarantees or medical claims, and acknowledge that it is my responsibility to obtain medical supervision and follow-up. I accept any and all related risks associated and hereby agree for myself, my heirs and executors to waive any claims for any cause or any reason against Black River, its owners, and its employees.

Once you agree to these Terms of Service, you must be aware that they may be altered or updated at any time, and if you continue to use our service by agreeing to this TOS you agree that it may change at any time in the future, with or without notice.

Terms of service (also known as terms of use and terms and conditions, commonly abbreviated as TOS or ToS, ToU or T&C) are the legal agreements between a service provider and a person who wants to use that service. The person must agree to abide by the terms of service in order to use the offered service. Terms of service can also be merely a disclaimer, especially regarding the use of websites.
